2. Product Authenticity and Descriptions

Truly Kashmir

We take immense pride in ensuring all our dry fruits, apparel, and handicrafts are authentically sourced from Jammu and Kashmir.

Variations

Because many of our clothes and art & craft items are handmade by local artisans, slight variations in color, pattern, and texture are natural characteristics of heritage craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the actual color.

3. Pricing and Order Placement

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.
  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. Payment Terms

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

All payments must be made securely through our authorized payment gateways. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment confirmation is received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from our base in Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir to your specified delivery address.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, shipping carrier schedules, or unforeseen regional delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of premium dry fruits, returns are generally not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or spoiled.

Handicrafts and Apparel

Returns or exchanges for clothing and crafts are subject to our specific Return Policy, provided they are unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Vadi Roots and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability
